Today we just relaxed, laid in bed all morning, and watched movies. We finally made ourselves get up and enjoy one of our last days in Cabo. We went to the mall and walked around and headed to a recommended restaurant, Señor Sweets for lunch! It was a fun little atmosphere in the marina. Evan got his hamburgesa fix!
After lunch we spent the afternoon in the pool. We met some really nice couples at the swim up bar and decided to all go to dinner together at The Hacienda Resort down the street. We rushed to get ready so we could meet in the lobby and walk to dinner together. The resort is just around the corner and is absolutely gorgeous. It stretched for a mile. We made our way down a big staircase to the restaurant that sat next to their fabulous pool and on the beach. The atmosphere was one of a kind. There were lanterns hanging everywhere, awesome tile floors, and a bench that wrapped around the entire restaurant with colorful pillows. It was fantastic. The 6 of us decided to just order a ton of food tapas style. Carnitas, sea bass, ceviche, flank steak, calamari....delish!
It was a fun night! Evan is going fishing tomorrow morning. I'm excited to hear all about it and see what he catches!! I'm hoping he catches a sea bass or tuna that he can clean so we can take it back to the states with us!
